In a shocking development to everyone, especially this reporter, Winter Break has not been the stressless haven I had expected it would be.
The worst part by far the free time on my hands. Ever since getting home, I’ve been so bored. Now that I don’t have school work either, I’ve been so unproductive. How am I supposed to justify my worth now?
As I sit in my childhood bedroom, staring at the posters on the wall, I can’t help but wonder in what way I could be contributing to society. How many more 5-page papers could I be writing right now if I wasn’t wasting time at home.
Thankfully, winter break is almost over. In the meantime, I just need to make it through the rest of break, then I can finally feel productive at school.
